How long does the inspection take? +
For a vehicle in good shape, the 19-point inspection usually takes around 20 minutes. If a point fails and you'd like us to repair it, the time depends on the part — call ahead and we'll give you a realistic estimate.
Do you inspect for both Uber and Lyft? +
Yes. In South Carolina both companies use the same core safety inspection, so a single visit covers you. If you drive for both, bring both forms and we'll complete and sign each one.
What do I need to bring? +
Bring your vehicle, your driver's license, and the official inspection form from your Uber or Lyft driver app. Don't have it printed? No problem — we can print the correct South Carolina form for you at the shop.
How often do I need a rideshare inspection? +
Once every 12 months. Your signed form expires one year from the inspection date, so plan to come back annually to stay active on the platform.
What if my car doesn't pass? +
